How does an admin change Confluence space owner with new Confluence navigation? Thank You

It's located in Space details. Just go to https://your-company.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPC_KEY/settings/detailsThere you'll see field with owner, and you can change it.

Open up the space, on the lefthand menu, next to the space name navigate to three dots next to space name > Space settings > Space details
You should be able to see the space details from there and edit the owner of the space.
