JQL date format

Hello, I'm trying to make Automation to delete all email requests that are duplicates of existing one. 
I'm using query

 reporter = '{{issue.reporter.emailAddress}}' AND summary ~ "({{issue.summary}})" AND created != "{{issue.created}}"

My issue is with part "created != "{{issue.created}}". 
JIRA is getting created time in format yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss+0000, but JIRA itself does not support this format to compare. 
Is there any way to change this format to work with?

You can try created != "{{issue.created.jiraDate}}"
