How do you display number of work items on ticket?

This used to be displayed for me but for some reason it doesn't show anymore?

In the top right corner of a ticket, it would show which ticket # I was on, out of all of the tickets I had searched for.

For example, if you're on ticket 11/120. It was usually next to the small carrot arrows (area circled Screenshot 2025-06-20 at 10.18.53 AM.png in attached photo).

How do I get it to show up again? :') PLEASE HELP.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The new UI do not show that information, and I did a quick search in JAC and could not find a suggestion to add it back. I would recommend that you contact Atlassian support to see if there is a suggestion to have it added in the new UI or they can create one for you.

I actually switched back to the old UI and it has the feature, so I think I'm good. Thank you! Hopefully they put it in the new UI soon as well!
