Why am I not receiving any E-Mail Notifications when changes have been made in any of my tickets?

Question

Since my last name has changed (and therefore my e-mail adress) I'm not receiving any Mails from Jira. Our T has checked all the settings and it says that all the notifications are activated.

Please help as this is a serious issue making me unable to work properly.

Go to https://<Domain>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/notifications. Check what is enabled and not under "Email preferences" and ""Default notification settings". @Rilwan Ahmed obviously the E Mail adress was the first thing that was changed.  still dont receive any notfications
