How is this Average Age Chart columns calculated?

Hi!

 

I would like to inquire if my understanding of the columns in this average age chart is correct.

so for October 2024, the total age seems to be 3722, is this in days? Does this means 108 tickets from October 2024 has a total age of 3722 days and when I divide 3722 to 108, it is 37.4 days which seems to be the Ave age (the next column).

So the calculation is "Avg Age = Total Age / Issues Unresolved", is this correct?

@Sherwin Soriano The Average Age report shows the average age of unresolved issue for that project or the selected filter.
