Email notification changed?

In the email notification there are NO Preview. is this a problem from Jira? becouse we dident update any roles.

I opened a ticket and there are some changees done from Jira. Here the Solution Worked for me:

Log in to Atlassin Admin->Security-> External User
Selct policy
Choose Allow for email and notification visibility
Update policy

What kind of email preview do you mean for the email notifications? The notifications are being sent based on the permission scheme (company-managed). The only preview that may be seen is the one for customer notifications within the Jira service management product. Also, the "preview" of the email notification can be defined within the automation rule action Send email, where you define how your email will look like with the addition of smart values.

Since you are using Outlook, are you also using the app that handles Outlook emails or no?

No, just the normal General Notification from Jira is Activated
