Hi @Ulrich Schaaf - That's not a 99. It's an iconized version of a quotation mark.
Like this:
That’s actually the quotation mark ("), but it really does look like 99 — and now I can’t unsee it!Every time I will come across that symbol, my brain will read it as 99.
