Unable to Add New Billing Admin – Previous Admin No Longer with Company

I’d like to add myself as a new billing admin to our Jira account. However, I’m currently blocked because the existing billing admin is no longer with the company, and I don’t have the necessary permissions to make the change.
Could you please assist me in updating the billing admin?
