Sharing a dashboard

Can't share a dashboard with members of groups that I am also a member of... I've attahached a pic of what my Dashboards / Manage Dashboards looks like ... I am not getting the Operations column??? Using Atlassian OnDemand.

Sharing is done when you Edit Dashboard. Edit opeation can be found under the little cog icon. Make sure you have 'Create Shared Object' permission as well.

Since we are using Atlassian ondemand I think the Global permission module os restricted. I cant find the User>Global Permission page !!!

I see the edit but no add shares drop down ...
