Rovo is unable to read and display values in custom drop-down fields in Jira work items

I have a custom Rovo Agent which is built to summarize Jira work items into a table format. It does a good job of reading the system fields e.g. issue key, summary, description, status etc. It also reads values correctly from custom fields which are free text, date etc.

However, when we ask it to display the values stored in a couple custom drop-down fields in the output table, it either shows blank sometimes placeholder value e.g [Fix Team] which is the field label.

This makes the agent useless for us as the information is incomplete or inaccurate.

Any suggestions to fix this behavior.

This sounds like a product limitation. It would be good to contact the support team on this. You can create a ticket with the team by selecting Rovo from the Affected product drop-down.
