How to create a new transition that goes from ACKNOWLEDGED to in Progress.
I get this error message: You cannot perform this operation on a draft workflow.
If you are using the old workflow editor this is expected. In order to add new outgoing transitions in the old editor you first have to make a copy of the workflow and then make the changes in the copy and once done associate the new workflow with the project. Your other option is to switch to the new editor and make the change there.
