MFA for Customer Portal

Question

Hello,

We have a customer who want's MFA to be enabled for the customer portal.

How can this be achieved?

I have already looked into Atlassian Guard however i don't think this applies to us since our customers are also outside our organisation under a different domain (external). I have also looked at the add-ons and I am not sure which one i need.

Any help would greatly be appreciated and links to the correct docs/add-ons.

Hi @Benjamin Smith , I wonder did you got your answer. Based on my observations I think its useless as SSO even if you activated it will force all portal customers to use , cant do for single customer.

Thank you, are you able to help answer these questions for me?

1. Is Atlassian Access now Atlassian Guard?

2. This price here (Image below -$4 User), is this per user i will be managing? (So all my partner organisations that have access to the customer portal)

or My Team? (All the agents i work alongside that manage the customers)

or for the connection to use an external provider for identity? (So therefore just one account is needed for the connection to the auth0 platform)
