We’re on the free Jira Cloud plan and started noticing a major issue after June 1st. Our completed stories are no longer being counted in the Velocity report. The “Sprint” field now shows “None +1” for many issues, even though they were clearly part of a closed sprint (e.g., “SJP Sprint 8”, ID 546) and are in Done status with story points assigned. * Velocity reports show 0 completed. * JQL like cf[10020] = 546 returns issues correctly. * Sprint 546 is visible on the timeline view and shows as closed. * Sprint dropdown says “No matches found.” We made no board filter or project config changes, and it was working perfectly until now. Any ideas? Could this be an indexing issue on Atlassian’s side?

The “Sprint” field now shows “None +1” for many issues, even though they were clearly part of a closed sprint (e.g., “SJP Sprint 8”, ID 546) and are in Done status with story points assigned.

Velocity reports show 0 completed.

Did you check the history of the issues? Do they appear as being added in Sprint?

Apparently, Jira displays "None" if the issues is not in an active sprint (?!), but I really don't understand how this could impact the reports of closed sprints.

If you don't manage to figure it out, I suggest trying a plugin from Atlassian Marketplace as a replacement for the broken jira reports.
