As an administrator in Jira projects, I am unable to access the setting to adjust 'customer access settings' under channel access.
Under Jira, my organisation is setting up a request form to be accessed by an external org. To finish this, I must edit the customer access to allow them to use the form.
Under Project > Project Settings > Access > Customer Permissions, there is a hyperlink below the first dropdown menu under Channel Access. That hypelrink says "Channel access is also affected by the site’s customer access settings.
Jira admins can
update the customer access settings"
When clicking on it, I get the 403 error, despite being an admin
