I want to reactivate my subscription

Dear Sir,

 

I was using the Assetit tools for our labs inventory, and we have less than 10 users. But suddenly we cannot access the inventory, and we got the following message "

You'll need a Jira Cloud subscription in order to try this app.

Get started with Jira Cloud." 

And I followed all the instructions, but I am still cannot access.

Could you please help me reactivate my subscription
