Unable to connect to my project in JIRA

Question

I can log into Atlassian; the issue is that I can't log into my Jira project. My instance of JIRA says that I do not have access when I log in to the project, but if I log into Atlassian, I can. The PM for our project tried to send me an invitation email, but it did not go through.

My Admin has deleted my account; then I was able to get the Activation email.  I am still unable to log into the project Jira account.  I have tried Incognito, Firefox, and Safari, and I can't see the project folder.

Could you please provide the screenshot that you see.

It could also be due to permission issues with the project.

You can try below steps as well

* Make sure that you are running the latest browser version, which is compatible with the cloud environment.

* Clear the browser cache so that old information is cleared. For example, in Google Chrome.

* Run the browser in incognito mode to see if this is affected by stored information on the browser.

* Manually disable the extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.

* Try on a different machine/environment so we can discard possible different configurations.

I will escalate to Atlassian so they can see if the invite is not making it to you.  Can you confirm that the account you are using is the same as what it is being sent to?  Also are you logging in via Chrome, if yes please try logging in via incognito mode to make sure that it is not using your Google Account to login.
