Hi Team,

In Jsm comment screen getting as default options (Add internal note) but i need (Reply to customer) while making a transition i am getting the "Add internal note" as a default option. Help me how to get "Reply to customer" as a default one.

The option "Add Internal Note" is the default in the software, there is no option in the software to change this.

Hi @Giridhar Ujjinappagari welcome to the community. I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to as there aren't any screenshots.   Are you referring to when you change the status of a work item during a transition?  If so, this is the new default option with the new GUI workflow.

There is a ticket on Atlassian's Jira Site to provide an option to change this. You can vote for and watch JSDCLOUD-9463  JSDCLOUD-14319  for updates on these items.

Until those have been addressed, you can contact Atlassian Support and have them temporarily change the defaulting back to "Internal Comment".
