Having issue managing multiple projects

Question

Hi I am trying to set up a project board, it tracks high level project items and also is a place where we can log all new requests. Issue is that I want to find a way to track quaterly roadmap items with the current items. I’m also having issue trying to map it out on a jira dashboard.

Maybe our app can be helpful for you, because it provides a set of dashboard gadgets that can be filtered dynamically with a Quick Controller gadget.

For your use case you could set up filter for each quarter on the controller, to filter down results per quarter.

Some gadget also provide the possibility to set up statistics using custom JQL. E.g. in the Quick Bar Chart you could define each bar for a quarter. You can read more about the Quick Bar Chart gadget and Custom JQL Values in our documentation.

It’ll also help PMs, POs, or Scrum Masters follow your process without trying to reinvent the wheel. Be sure to highlight key decision points - I remember how frustrating it was having to justify why something "wouldn’t work" simply because others weren’t aware of the limitations tied to specific components or labels.

Hi that’s a great idea to utilise versions in such a manner I’ll try to set something like this . I created a custom field quarters by Q2 2025, etc but I have a problem with a whole holistic view of all items per quarter it’s challenging
