Report sample I’m trying to create:
“Creating Reports in Jira” (story summary)
underneath all linked issues( test cases)
TC01. Create this way
TC02. Creat that way
TC03. Etc….
Is there a way to create such report?

Yes Lulu, you can create a new issue let's call it a "Story summary" you can link all the issue in its comments.
It will display all the linked issues like a summary under one item called "Story Summary".
Once they are finished. it will look like the following summary table.
