User activity logs or system logs

I'm trying to find out who activated or sent the invite to a user we don't recognize, called raodmap@. How can I access the user activity logs?

Atlassian Guard has audit logs.
From the admin portal, under security tab, look for "Audit log" under Monitoring section of the page.
