Why won't my custom field show up for the specified project and feedback issue type I selected?

I am trying to create a Jira Form for the project "3 - Team Data Analytics." I created custom fields for "Time Savings," a multi-line text field.

When I go to Settings->Work Items-> Custom Fields, and under custom fields I click on the three "..." and select "contexts and default values," I have the Default Configuration Scheme for Time Savings set to Work Type of Feedback, and Project of "3 - Team Data Analytics." For some reason, when I go in this project to create a form using the work type of feedback, this custom field does not show up for me. Does anyone know why? Screenshot 2025-05-19 143256.png

Note: Desired Features is the other custom field I am trying to add to my form that I can't seem to be able to select.

What type of project are you adding the Form to? Team-managed? Company-managed? Business project? Software project?
