Where are project feature setting changes logged?

Are changes to project features logged anywhere, and if so, where?

We just noticed that the Release feature for a project was disabled. No big deal - we reenabled it and everything's fine.

Out of curiosity I checked the system audit log I saw no entries for the feature changes, either the disabling or reenabling of it.

Is there a way for me to determine when and by whom a project feature setting was changed?

Short answer, no. That isn't logged in the audit logs
