Closed issues are automatically included in the sprints when creating a new sprint.

Question

LS,

I have the issue, all closed / done items are each time in the new sprint. Also checked this document, the mapping is correct and checked: https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/closed-issues-are-automatically-included-in-the-sprints-when-creating-a-new-sprint/

Not sure what the issue could be. I hope some-one can help on this?

looks like all the checks are done as per the article : https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/closed-issues-are-automatically-included-in-the-sprints-when-creating-a-new-sprint/

Could you please also check your filter of the board if you have added any JQL to include these issues

Below the overview of the sprint board. You can see the up-most rigth colmn is Done.

Below is the list view of the current sprint. There are ticket have statussen Done / Closed.

Below zoom in to item 1039:

Are there any other data needed to analyse?
