Remove Slack announcement when a card is moved to a different project

Question

I've connected a Jira board with a Slack channel to show an announcement each time a new card is created. This part is working fine.

However, every time the card is cloned to move it to a different board, the Slack channel receives an announcement for that as well.

Is there a way to stop that announcement?

You are in the settings, I mentioned.

Cloning is in essence creating a new issue, so this will trigger a Slack notification, the same applies to moving an issue to this project.

Hey @Marc -Devoteam-, thank you for your response. I am unable to see the 3 dots you mentioned. Is it because I am not an admin in Jira? If you have any reference screenshots or articles, that would be helpful.

Welcome to the community.

Go to the slack integration on the project settings and select the 3 dots behind the integration, you can specify the actions there.
