I am currently facing an issue where I am unable to see any webhooks listed in the Jira Config Dashboard. However, I can successfully get, delete, and create webhooks through the API.
Here’s what I have tried so far:
Verified that I have Jira administrator permissions.
Verified API access by running GET /rest/webhooks/1.0/webhook, which returns the webhooks correctly.
Tried creating a new webhook via the API, and it works fine.
Looked into third-party apps that might interfere with webhook visibility.
Checked audit logs for any deletion or configuration changes.
Despite these checks, I still cannot see the webhooks in the admin dashboard.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated!
