Inward and Outward decsription in linked issues jql

Hi,

  Do we have any jql where we can query inward/outward description for linked issues which can list us the list of work items in jira cloud. 

 

As we many linked issues and suppose if we delete anything how it would effect in global jira configuration. How van we minimize it.
