When i want to login, confluence sends me a code to an email address i dont havve access anymore... how can i enter cofluence cloud again? I am the admin..

And you are admin of .. Confluence, Jira, Cloud instance, or just a space?
You need to disable the two factor authentication, you can reach out to atlassian support using the below link - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
