Why does my Jira interface look this way?

I am confused as to why my Jira interface looks this way? I am on Premium but it looks very basic and I am not finding the pages I am use to seeing. I am using this space for personal use, and have an Enterprise subscription with my company. But I can't find anything online as to why mine looks like this, and how to get all the features and options back?

Here is an example from work and the way it looks there. Note all of the options on the top navigation bar etc.

It is because the new navigation is enabled for your site. You may temporarily disable it but in upcoming weeks it will be enabled for everyone. https://yoursitename.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/general

I actually have that turned OFF and it still looks this way.

Hi @Jalesa Ragland you can find out more about the new navigation here. It's a big change, but we hope it helps you work more efficiently.

Your Jira admin might have turned this on for you, so check with them first if you're not ready for the new navigation, however this will be rolled out to everyone in the coming months, so you've got a head start!
