Assistance Required for Checklist.info Application

Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Checklist.info application. While my teammates are not encountering any problems, I’m seeing a warning on my panel that says “Application update required,” and I’m unable to use the app. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.
Could you please check if the application is up to date and apply any necessary updates? Alternatively, I’d appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Checklist.info was a free app that was offered by Seibert that has been archived. You can raise a support request here, but as it was a Forge app and the app has been archived, you will probably need to select a new checklist solution.

I cannot find checklist.info as an app on the marketplace. But there are several checklist apps available there.

My best guess about what is happening, is that this is a forge app that got a major upgrade. When that happens, the site admin needs to review the app and approve the upgrade to that major version manually. See this post on the developer community for background on that.

If you are not your site administrator or he/she is not able to perform the approval/update, I would recommend you to reach out to the vendor of the app directly. Contact details can be found on the app's marketplace listing.
