Incoming emails are getting REJECTED with reason Sent from within the project

When referred to the email LOGS, few of them are getting rejected especially when it is either FORWARDED or CC, could you please let me know the reason for this. How do I check if we are able to receive external email without missing any as they are customer issues on JIRA BOARD.

Keep in mind that this is a public forum, that anyone can access. Most of the people here are users like you, not working for Atlassian. Especially if you want someone from Atlassian to look 'behind the scenes', you should go ahead and raise a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact.

I also advise you to remove the image above, as it contains personal email addresses that are now visible to anyone on the internet.
