As an admin I don't have permission to execute testcases in jira Zephyr, Why?

In zephyr , i dont have permission to create and execute testcases why? but i have permission to create new Test cycles..

These are different permissions. Please check out the app configuration in your project -

Here, you should be able to give yourself all of the permissions possible for all of the different areas. If you have all the permission already, please contact the vendor for help - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213259/zephyr-test-management-and-automation-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
