How to add a user to a project to see the updates? I need my manager to track a project.

I needed to add notifications and get an email on every action of the Kira of the a specific project to certain emails.

[For below, you are required to have Project admin permission]

If you're not already in your project, select the Projects menu and locate your project.

* Next to your project's name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Project settings.

* Select People, then Add people

* Select Add people

* Search for users to be added
You can add multiple people and groups.

For above, do check what the permission are based on users and roles & group by checking the Permission scheme associated with project.

Once you've added, you may go ahead and create a board/dashboard to view project/users status:

* Tickets assigned to users for Project ABC

* Workload piechart dashboard gadgets
* Closed vs resolved (with/without assignments)

* Ticket with due date approaching/elapsed based on filters

Search for your manager (you may need to use their email)

Select the appropriate role and select Add
