Need to know what is TEMPO and its uses, at present is not opening, showing 404 error.

Have you tried running in incognito and clearing your cache? If it doesn't work as well, you'll need to contact their vendor support here: https://help.tempo.io/

Tempo is a third-party add-on present in the Atlassian marketplace. Please find the list of tempo apps : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=tempo
Could you check if the apps are active and not suspended or deactivated from your site ?
