I have had 3 team members who have not be apart of the project for over a year show up as a colored circle with their initials in my current sprint . There are no tickets assigned to them anywhere on the board and their access was cut when they left the company. What steps can I take to remove them completely?Thank you
Hey @Sue In Jira Cloud, it's not uncommon for old users to appear in boards, sprints, or filters even after their access is revoked. Unfortunately, there is no option/setting to edit the list of users seen in those colored circles. The names appear in that section based on past usage, assignees, mentions in comments/fields/lists, etc. They will eventually be removed as other new users interact with the project more frequently.
