issue with subscribe to Pagerduty ical calendar with username longer than 29 char

Within Confluence calendar, we are unable to subscribe to a Pagerduty calendar schedule via iCal url when a Pagerduty user has a long over 29 character name;

Is there any workaround for this limitation? we can subscribe when the name is shortened in Pagerduty but not when over 29 characters?
