Suddenly from few days anchor link is not working !! its not working in other browsers too!! Is anything changed in Certificates ?

If this has just started occurring, I'd suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support to see if maybe any backend changes were made. I'm guessing you're using Anchor link macro here? Also, is it not working for other users as well?
