hello i have created forms and need to edit new ones but i don't know how to get there since the new dashboard it used to be at the bottom via Incidents Managemant etc. can you help me ?

Welcome in the community!
Go to project settings and in Request management section select:
- Request types (to define simple forms with fields) OR
- Forms (to define dynamic forms with sections)
depending on which feature you used to create your previous form.

If you're using the new UI it will look like this to get to Forms now
Project Name ... > Project Settings:
Request Management > Forms
