How to View All Confluence Pages with Their Last Modified Date

Hi everyone,

Previously, we had a setup that allowed us to view all pages in a Confluence space along with their last modified date. However, after some recent updates to Confluence, it seems like the content we had is no longer displaying correctly.

I’ve tried using the Content by Label macro, but it’s asking for a label, which isn’t currently present on all the pages in the space.

Is there an easy way to do this without requiring labels, or is there another macro or method to display all pages with their last modified date?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

What type of update you had that made changes to your Confluence if you don't mind me asking?

Did you try the page version to see if the information you are looking for is still there?

Confluence Premium features Content Manager that allows you to display/filter pages by Last Updated date.

Since you appear to be on Standard, you can use Confluence Databases, a native feature. I wrote an article about how to configure Databases - just please, read the comments, especially towards the end, as they feature important updates to the article, especially on how to load all pages into the DB.

The point is you can use the native feature and configure it.

You can also download a free app called Pages Manager by Ricksoft. You simply select a space (or spaces) and use the Last updated column to sort the pages by that date.

There are, of course, other apps too that allow you to do the same (Panorama by Kolekti for example).

In all cases, you'll get a plethora of other features for content management.

@Jeneth Sarabia I'm still on the old navigation, where I can select All content in the sidebar (just above Space settings) to open the All content page for the space. This lists all pages (as a link to the page), owned by, and last updated date.

If you're in the new navigation, I can't find anything on all of the Atlassian articles/documentation pages about the new navigation that mentions how (or even if) you now get to this page. If you find it, please let us know.

Yeah and not there! I just noticed there are a lot of changes with Confluence so I though they did an update. And that's when I realized the "All Content" feature is gone.

They said that indeed in the new navigation, the "All Content" button isn't available. However, the URL to it seems to still work. The URL structure for All Content is this link, you just need to update the SPACEKEY

Furthermore, you can also check the Reorder pages section where you can see all content that you have access to within a space: link
