How to hide/readonly custom field based on Parent issue status and child issue status

Hi Community,

I have a specific case where I want, a custom field should be hidden or set ReadOnly based of current Parent issue status and Child issue status (child linked via Parent Link)

Please note: Custom field is present on Parent issue in Parent project only and the linked Child issue is in Child project.

Please guide how to achieve the above using scriptrunner behaviour, workflow conditions, validations, or postfunctions, or Jira Automation rules.
