It appears they've moved project shortcuts again! And we can't find the link to add new ones to existing projects. Can someone point us in the right direction, please?

First place we looked. Can't find the Add Link button because we also cannot find the Project Navigation Sidebar anymore.
Also, there's a bug in this very page where the comment button in your response did not work. I had to click comment on mine, then click comment on yours for this window to open.
Hi Collin, you mean this Untitled.png?
It's only visible if you expand sidebard.
