Hello @Sachin Guttala ,
Welcome to Atlassian Community
Have you tried using form feature which is now available for Jira Software as well?
Where to find?
Go to Project Settings--> Issuess --> Advanced Forms for Jira
Rest you can refer: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-forms-in-jira-service-management/, on how to create and all.
You can link it to any specific issue type.
Hi @Akhand Pratap Singh i am not able to see Advanced forms in our Software projects.
Do you have Premium or above Subscription?
You can check with Atlassian from https://support.atlassian.com/ and see if this feature is yet enabled for your instance or not, and request for it if not enabled yet (if that is possible)?
Hi @Sachin Guttala
In the project settings under features is the forms option enabled, if so then exit the project settings and on the project side bar the Forms option should be available.
