The sandbox instance that was created is not appearing in the product list on admin.atlassian.com.

Do you see the Sandbox option within Products, it needs to be shown there. If this doesn't work, start in incognito mode and try again.
Hi @ssamOnly organization admins can see and manage all sites/sandboxes in an org.
Go to admin.atlassian.com.
Click your site name.
Under Products, go to the “Sandboxes” tab.

Sandbox are available only for Premium and Enterprise plans.

It was created in March and now site URL is not accessible and throwing 401 error. @Sanam Malleswari
Earlier am able to access. now it is not listed under the sandbox list and site URL is not accessible.
