Hi! Thank you. I read online that there are some other options as well. What about plugins?

Jira + CRM Plugins (Marketplace)
There are extensions available on the Atlassian Marketplace that add CRM functionality:

- Crumbs CRM for Jira
A simple built-in CRM that allows you to store contact information and link clients to issues and projects.

- Atlas CRM
A more advanced plugin: manage companies, contacts, notes, meetings, and integrate with both Jira and Confluence

Could you tell me if there is a possibility in Jira or other Atlassian products to maintain a customer database (contacts, phone, email, notes), schedule meetings, and create reminders?

No, you will need to use a 3rd party solution from the Atlassian marketplace or look for a CRM application.

Atlassian has no CRM application in it's product portfolio.
