Unable to get Github links from the Development field via Jira API

Hello, 

We are trying to create a report for deployment tickets with Github Branch, PR and commit's data. 

We are using the Jira API --> https://goevive.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/<ISSUE_KEY>?fields=*all", we are not getting the complete details about the development links fields.

This is what we are getting from API response, this is not giving the Github details like Branch, PR, etc...

Is there any other we can get the data out from Jira API?

There has been a long discussion on this and obviously many of us have been trying the same.

An unofficial workaround mentioned in the thread is using the endpoint: /rest/dev-status/latest/issue/summary?issueId=<ISSUE_ID>, it hasn't been working for me though but worth giving it a go.

Otherwise, scan all your Projects/PRs via Github GraphQL API and list down all the backlinks to Jira, which might be quite intense when you have big projects going on.
