How do i see what Projects a user has access to?

Question

I'm trying to get a list of Projects a user has access to. As an Org Admin I would assume this is something that is possible.

I can see some posts from back in 2018 referencing using different REST APIs, but that all feels like a lot of hard work.

Anything available?

Yes they will get an email about it. So you might want to warn them up front.

It can be difficult to tell which projects a user can access indeed. I can see why this task is cumbersome.
It helps to simplify permission schemes and project roles.

If this is something you need to run regularly I would definitely look into the rest api.

Don't they get notified that this has happened?

Not a major concern, but may need to some explaining as to why.

Thanks for the workaround, but it feels like a long winded process. I have 70 users i need to check.

I agree that the best way would be to log in as the user.
