How can I find who has admin privileges ? how can I change admin permission for new user on free plan ?

 

Our license has been downgraded from the standard to the free plan, so we are unable to edit or update anything. We also cannot track who has admin privileges for this Confluence account. Kindly, can someone help me fix this issue?

Hi @prabin patro ,

That's the tricky one. If you've already configured space permissions and you want to add new users to the space, you can only use "Grant all users permissions for this space option".

Otherwise, you can only start Standard trial (I guess you can do that?) and then see how space permissions are configured and who has admin permissions. Similar thing applies to Jira projects.

As for product (Confluence) admins, you can still see that in the Admin Hub and check who has "Product admin" product role for Confluence.
