i want to migrate jira project from one jira account to another jira account as i have 2 account
Hi @vishrut ,First select all the project issues via filter (project = "PROJECTKEY") and export all the issues as CSV file. Then go through the CSV file to match the columns you want to export and remove the columns if necessary.
Log in to another Jira account Go to -> Jira Settings → System → External System Import.
select your CSV file and make sure to map the fields properly. (Make sure you have admin access on both accounts).
Note: This method will not migrate attachments and comments on issue. You can use third party tools for this.
Hi @vishrut
If you are using the Cloud version of Jira,
To move Jira projects from one Cloud instance to another, please refer to the community discussion below, which should help you with the process:

Thanks,
Geethanjali
This will also not migrate any configurations such as custom fields or schemes.
Hi Vishrut,
I suggest you use an app such as the Revyz Data Configuration Manager for Jira to clone your project from one Jira instance to another.
