XRAY API to generate Test Result in PDF format

Question

Hi Team,

I want to generate the Test Report of the XRAY Test Execution using the API in my Test automation suite, But am not able to find any API's which can generate the test reports to share with the stake holder.

Please help me.

If you might consider another app for reporting, you may wish to check how the eazyBI app for Jira works. It has integration with the Xray and PDF export capability:

@Sumit Tyagi You can create every sort of Xray test reports in PDF format using the Better PDF Exporter app.

A sample test execution report looks like this (PDF version). It contains the tests executed and the test runs in addition to other work item fields.

Plus, there is a free PDF automation app which integrates the PDF report capability to the standard Jira automation rules. You can use this to create the report and email it to the stake holder totally automatically!

Have you tried using document generator for that? We have a specific report called "Test Execution Report" in which you can include attachments as well.

additionaly you can try and make use of GraphQL, and use an API call for it.
