How can I exit the header and footer of the psd export?

I would like to add some informations to each page of an pdf export as footer and header.

• Page x of y
• LastModificationDate
• ConfluencePath
• User which creates the export

I played around with the pdf export settings but I was not able to include something useful.
Is there an manual how to use this settings?
