I can't create a free jira cloud

When I was about to create a jira site, I was prompted with "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: % 224d05d852-a9e2-4a9e-9535-f26554212edd%22)"

Can anyone offer any help?

What Browser are you using? I've seen reports of problems with Brave popup blocker settings causing this error message.

Tried creating it in both chrome and edge, but it doesn't work.

And the no-trace mode too
